With this Memorial Day weekend coming, police will be sure to crack down on seat belts. Starting May 18th through June 3rd Indianapolis Police and Indiana State Troopers are cracking down on seat belt laws. In fact during Memorial weekend police agencies across the country are conducting special day and night patrols to identify and ticket unrestrained drivers and passengers.
